I am a certified yoga teacher, proud parent to a silly dachshund, and a nutrition coach living in Hong Kong.
I am passionate about all things health and wellness related, and have recently launched my first online program, a 4-week yoga/ mindfulness program for anyone suffering from stress and anxiety.
MY SISTER, CLAUDIA

My sister is somebody I look up to - she is wicked smart, confident and very compassionate. We weren’t always this close — in fact we argued a lot growing up — but the older we got, the closer we became. Our relationship has definitely grown to be more honest and open - one in which we can be vulnerable with each other. She is a very consistent figure in my life and I am so thankful for that!
ONE SPECIAL MEMORY...
"We rented a jeep and road-tripped all over the Australian coast."
Well, we live together so usually once a week there will be face masks, red wine and Netflix marathons.. which is always a lot of fun. A special moment would be a girl’s trip we took to Australia. We rented a jeep and road-tripped all over the Australian coast— she was always the driver and I was the navigator. The trip also ended off on a great note as we were able to check something off our bucket lists — skydiving!

I grew up in the US and started my career in the beauty industry where I worked in marketing, but decided to pursue my passions in health and wellness. You can typically find me running around the city teaching classes all over - when I’m not doing that, I’ll be at the neighborhood coffee shop with my miniature doxie, Ollie. I love turning ideas into products; I have created a yoga ebook to help others use yoga to help manage stress and anxiety and am working on launching a line of body care products
